Contracts Manager
Location: Bradford, with regular travel to Ossett and Germany (Frankfurt)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
This is a newly created role, designed to take ownership of programme, procurement and customer account management across our Bradford, Ossett and Germany sites, freeing up our Site Managers to focus on people and delivery on the ground.
What you’ll be doing
– Building and maintaining a live project programme for every site
– Ordering materials and equipment ahead of need, reducing costly expediting
– Managing Site Managers at Bradford, Ossett and Germany
– Owning customer account management and acting as the main point of contact
What we’re looking for
– Proven Contracts/Project Manager experience in electrical, mechanical, fabrication or power generation
– Strong programme planning skills (MS Project or equivalent)
– Experience managing procurement and site-based teams across locations
– A full UK driving licence, with a willingness to travel to Bradford, Ossett and Frankfurt
Desirable, not essential: experience in switchgear, generator or power infrastructure projects, work across European sites, and NEBOSH or an ONC/HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
What success looks like
– Every site programme is live, accurate and used to drive decisions
– Materials arrive ahead of need, with expediting the exception
– Site Managers are focused on people and delivery, not paperwork
– Customers have one clear, reliable point of contact
Electrician / Approved Electrician
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire (S63)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Based from our Rotherham office, this role covers a varied mix of commercial and industrial installations. Most work is within daily travel, though some projects involve staying away, with accommodation and an away allowance provided.
What you’ll be doing
– Installation, testing and commissioning on commercial and industrial projects
– Containment, wiring, terminating and fault-finding to BS 7671
– Opportunities on renewables, generators and HV systems, with training given
– For Approved Electricians: running small jobs, supervising, and inspection and testing
What we’re looking for
– NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (C&G 2365/5357 or equivalent) and AM2
– 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, BS 7671 (C&G 2382)
– ECS/JIB Gold Card (Installation or Approved Electrician)
– A full UK driving licence, and flexibility to stay away when required
Desirable, not essential: C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing, IPAF/PASMA, SSSTS/SMSTS, and experience with solar PV, generators or HV systems.

CAD Engineer
Location: Rotherham
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per year
Working solely in Autodesk Inventor, this role produces the models and drawings behind every build, working closely with our Production and Yard teams to keep designs buildable.
What you’ll be doing
– Producing 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings in Autodesk Inventor
– Preparing accurate bills of materials, with drawing review and revision control
– Working with Production and Yard teams to keep designs buildable
– Drawing on sheet metal, structural steel or welded assembly design experience
Stores Person
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Contract: Full-time, permanent, 48 hours per week
Keeping our stores running smoothly, this role is central to making sure materials and equipment are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
What you’ll be doing
– Receiving deliveries and checking them against orders and delivery notes
– Maintaining accurate stock levels and booking materials in and out
– Keeping the stores area organised, clean and safe
– Bringing stores or warehouse experience, with full training given on our systems
